Compensation Disclosure

Version 2026-09-21-v1 · Effective September 21, 2026

This disclosure explains how DYV may be compensated by brokers or other providers and why that relationship matters to members.

Potential compensation

DYV may receive referral, introducing-broker, affiliate, rebate, marketing, or similar compensation from certain third-party providers when members open accounts, trade, purchase, or use services through a DYV relationship or link.

Conflict of interest

This compensation creates a financial conflict of interest because DYV may benefit from member activity. Members should independently evaluate the provider, fees, spreads, commissions, financing, execution, regulation, suitability, and alternatives available to them.

No guarantee of provider performance

DYV does not guarantee a broker's execution, solvency, regulation, pricing, withdrawal process, platform availability, or service. Your relationship with a broker or third party is governed by that provider's terms.

Regulatory review

The existence of a disclosure does not by itself determine whether registration, referral-arrangement, advertising, derivatives, or other regulatory requirements apply. DYV should obtain legal/compliance review of its actual signal and broker-compensation model before treating this disclosure as complete.

Questions about these documents can be sent through DYV Support. Members should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.
