Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms. Your DYV account is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity conducted through your account.

2. Personal, non-transferable member access

DYV grants members a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use member content for personal use.

• Do not share or loan your account to another person.
• Do not redistribute member-only signals, trade plans, live sessions, education, resources, screenshots, recordings, downloads, or protected links to non-members.
• Do not resell, sublicense, repost, scrape, mirror, broadcast, or upload protected DYV content into another paid group, course, signal service, database, or AI-training corpus.
• Do not remove DEMO labels, risk notices, watermarks, or access controls, or attempt to obtain staff/Leader/Admin permissions you were not assigned.

3. Trading-related content

DYV may provide education, market commentary, structured trade plans, signals, live sessions, examples, and review tools. No content is a promise, guarantee, warranty, or assurance of a trading result. Markets can move quickly and published information can become stale, invalid, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

Unless DYV expressly states otherwise in a legally compliant arrangement, DYV does not undertake to provide personalized investment, financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. You remain responsible for deciding whether, when, and how to trade, including position size, leverage, entry, exit, stop loss, take profit, and whether to trade at all.

4. DEMO and training content

Content marked DEMO, Example, Training, Illustrative, or Synthetic Training Data is not a live signal and is not a real performance result unless expressly identified as verified historical data. Demo and synthetic outcomes are excluded from DYV's published performance record.

5. Broker and third-party relationships

Your broker account, funds, orders, execution, pricing, margin, withdrawals, and custody relationship are governed by the broker or other provider you choose. DYV does not hold your trading funds or guarantee third-party execution, solvency, pricing, or service.

DYV may receive referral, introducing-broker, affiliate, rebate, marketing, or similar compensation from a broker or third party. This creates a financial conflict because DYV may benefit from member activity. Material compensation relationships should be evaluated together with the separate Compensation Disclosure.

6. Community conduct

Members must not use DYV to harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, spam, manipulate, mislead, or unlawfully solicit others. Members must not present DYV content as their own professional advice or falsely represent themselves as DYV staff.

7. User content

You retain ownership of content you create and submit, subject to the limited rights DYV needs to store, process, display, back up, secure, and provide the service. Do not upload unlawful content or information you do not have the right to use.

8. AI and automated assistance

Ask DYV and other AI-assisted features may help users navigate approved product and educational information. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and should not replace source material, professional advice, or independent judgment. Never submit passwords, OTPs, PINs, private keys, recovery phrases, or banking/card credentials to AI features.

9. Availability and changes

DYV may add, remove, modify, pause, or discontinue features. Maintenance, integrations, market conditions, security events, law, or third-party dependencies may affect availability. DYV does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

10. Suspension and termination

DYV may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, account sharing, unauthorized redistribution, fraud, abuse, security risk, unlawful activity, or attempts to bypass access controls.

11. Intellectual property

DYV branding, software, layouts, educational materials, trade-plan formats, videos, graphics, written content, guides, and templates are owned by DYV or its licensors unless stated otherwise. No ownership rights are transferred to members.

12. Important legal limitations

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Limitation-of-liability, governing-law, dispute, and indemnity provisions should be finalized for the legal entity and jurisdictions in which DYV operates.
