Trading Risk Disclosure
Version 2026-09-21-v1 · Effective September 21, 2026
Trading carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone.
Trading can result in substantial loss
Trading leveraged products, foreign exchange, contracts for difference, derivatives, commodities, securities, crypto-assets, or other financial instruments can involve substantial risk and may result in rapid or total loss of capital. Leverage can magnify both gains and losses.
Execution can differ from a published plan
A stop loss is a risk-management instruction, not a guarantee of execution at the requested price. Slippage, gaps, spread widening, commissions, financing charges, liquidity, market closures, outages, connectivity issues, and broker execution can materially change an outcome.
Signals are not guarantees
DYV signals, trade plans, market commentary, education, live sessions, examples, journal tools, and AI-assisted explanations do not guarantee a result. Market conditions can change between publication and execution.
Past, hypothetical, and DEMO performance
Past performance is not indicative of future results. Hypothetical, backtested, DEMO, illustrative, and synthetic training outcomes have important limitations and must not be treated as actual performance unless expressly identified and verified as such.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for your own trading decisions and should consider your financial circumstances, objectives, knowledge, experience, liquidity needs, and ability to tolerate loss. Never trade with money needed for essential living expenses, emergency savings, taxes, debt obligations, or other commitments you cannot afford to put at risk.
