Privacy Policy

1. Information DYV may collect

• Account information such as email, full name, display name/nickname, user ID, role, and account status.
• Onboarding preferences such as experience level, goals, timezone, notification settings, broker state, and learning path.
• Broker/referral information you voluntarily provide, such as a broker UID or referral relationship.
• Learning progress, quiz results, saved resources, notes, journal/trading records, playbook data, and feature preferences you enter into DYV.
• Support requests, community-access status, connected-account identifiers, login/security events, and technical logs reasonably necessary to operate and protect the service.
• Feedback you intentionally submit to Ask DYV or other product-feedback systems.

2. Information DYV should never request

DYV should not request your broker password, MT4/MT5 password, OTP, PIN, bank/card credentials, private key, or recovery phrase. Do not submit those credentials through forms, Support, community channels, or Ask DYV.

3. How information is used

• Create and authenticate accounts and administer member access.
• Operate broker UID/referral workflows and requested community features.
• Personalize onboarding, education, navigation, notifications, and saved preferences.
• Save learning progress, journal entries, notes, and member-created tools.
• Provide support, security, fraud/abuse prevention, and product reliability.
• Comply with legal or regulatory obligations that apply to DYV.

4. Consent and choices

Where consent is required, DYV should obtain consent appropriate to the sensitivity of the information and the user's reasonable expectations. Optional marketing and non-essential tracking should be separated from information genuinely required to provide the service.

5. Service providers and disclosures

DYV may use service providers for authentication/database hosting, website infrastructure, communications, AI assistance, community integrations, and other operating functions. Third-party services are governed by their own privacy terms. DYV does not sell personal information.

6. AI features

When generative Ask DYV is enabled, relevant question and context data may be processed by the configured AI provider. Users should avoid including unnecessary sensitive information. DYV should configure provider retention/training settings consistent with its production privacy commitments.

7. Cookies and browser storage

DYV may use authentication cookies and browser storage for sessions, preferences, onboarding, tutorial state, interface behavior, and security. If optional advertising or analytics tools such as Meta Pixel are enabled, DYV should use them only with the consent treatment required by applicable law and should avoid sending sensitive member, trading, support, or broker-account content.

8. Security and retention

DYV uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Information should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the identified purpose, legal obligations, dispute resolution, fraud/security prevention, and legitimate recordkeeping.

9. Access, correction, and deletion

Subject to applicable law and permitted exceptions, individuals may request access to or correction of personal information held about them. Account deletion requests may not erase information that must be retained for legal, security, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.

10. Contact

Privacy questions and requests can be submitted through DYV Support. Before full commercial launch, DYV should publish the legal business name, mailing address, and designated privacy contact required for the applicable jurisdiction.
